1. For all in-stock orders, we offer free shipping on items over $75.
2.If the $75 purchase criterion is not met, we will charge $7.99 for postage.

discreet packaging
All orders are shipped to you in nondescript, discrete, protected bubble wrap envelopes or shipping boxes. The only identifying mark is your and our mailing address.

Shipping Information and Notices
In most cases, orders will ship the same day if placed before 1:00 PM EST. For all shipping, we ship packages using Ups and YunExpress or For Perfect X-border. Standard shipping time is 7-20 business days to the continental US.

mail tracking
All orders are shipped tracked. Your tracking code will appear in your order dispatch email. Once the order is placed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number and summary based on the email address where the order was placed.

Wrong address and undeliverable orders
Please make sure to enter the correct shipping address. Undeliverable order. All orders returned to our warehouse will incur a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the loss of your shipping costs.

Out of stock items are not available
- If your item is unavailable, we recommend that you choose a replacement item that is in stock. With over 10,000 items available in our data feed, it's easy to find alternatives. We do not accept backorders and strive to fulfill all orders.

Shipping orders may be delayed due to COVID 19
Thank you for your patience and we will place your order safely as soon as possible. To ensure the safety of our team, our warehouse takes extra precautions when fulfilling orders. Additionally, all major carriers including UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL experienced shipping delays. Your shipping lead time may be extended, so please give your order an additional 3-5 days to ship during this special period.
