Q: How do I track my package?
A. Simply log into your member account and navigate to our dashboard. Click Track My Package to view your order and shipping.

Q. I see your prices are the lowest in the US, are your products original?
A. We do not sell counterfeit products. We are a manufacturer, so our prices don't have a distributor markup in the middle.

Q: How long does it take to receive the package?
A: Most packages will be received within 7-20 business days from the date you place your order, and never more than 20 business days. If our local warehouse in the United States has stock, it can be delivered within 3-5 days.

Q: How is my order shipped?
A: Depending on your item, all of our orders will be discreetly packed in plain brown boxes or padded business envelopes. Packaging is completely anonymous, with only your address and ours.

Q: If the item is defective, how do I return it?
A: Can be contacted within 30 days of the shipping receipt to get a new, accurate replacement in case your item is defective. Please report a defective item within the first 30 days of receiving the item by submitting a ticket on our support page. Please allow up to 10 business days to process your inquiry.
